Here’s what we’re working on:

LGBTQ Education and Support

One of our main focuses is providing workshops about LGBTQ identities.

We regularly facilitate the well-regarded Safe Zone workshop. This training serves as a “101” crash course of definitions and explanations and provides a lot of practical advice about how to best support LGBTQ folks in your life.

The Safe Zone training is valuable for anyone interested in learning more about LGBTQ identities and/or supporting LGBTQ individuals.

Mindfulness through Art and Music

We’re currently putting some finishing touches on a series of workshops that explore art and music as tools for mindfulness and meditation.

These are hands-on workshops, intended for beginners, that teach you practical techniques and approaches to making art and music that will help you get in touch with your inner sense of calm.

No previous experience with art or meditation required! Whether you’ve never picked up a brush or instrument before, or are well on your way to being the next Picasso or Mozart, we’ve got something for you!

Exploring Gender with Questioning Youths

Talking about gender with kids can be hard, especially if it's not something we've had to really think about before. When kids start asking questions, it's easy to worry that we might do something wrong or influence them in some way.

Have all your questions about gender answered and learn practical, step-by-step guidelines for how to explore gender with your kids and help them get in touch with an important, complex part of themselves.
